Aphorisms
"You’re a diamond either way, polished or rough. What does it matter about the outer stuff?"
“Sometimes you need to let your mind still to let your heart speak and your soul in.”
"The only thing wrong with you is ever thinking there’s anything ‘wrong’ with you."
“You’re not weird if you believe in magic, you’re just more likely to experience it.”

Poetry
Loves You
The breath that turns the moon and tide,
That paints the clouds across the sky…
The fire that births the sunlit flame,
And knows each galaxy by name…
The breeze that stirs the sleeping tree,
The wave within the endless sea…
The grace that guides both ebb and flow,
And sends you dreams you’ve yet to know…
The scent of rain on waiting ground,
The hush where sacred truths are found…
The meadow’s joy at break of day,
Where light and shadow softly play…
The sky reflected in a stream,
The soil that cradles every dream…
The moon that glows a quiet shine,
With silver wonder in her eyes…
The song the stars have always sung,
Since time and space were ever young…
The soft of grass beneath your feet,
The mountain’s heart in silent beat…
The sunrise blessing every day,
The dawn that will not turn away…
The stillness in the in-between,
The unseen hand in all that’s seen…
Loves you.

Micropoems
Love Loving
Love will meet you wherever you are,
more so when you stop searching afar.
You’ll find it where it has always been—
in the air, beneath your feet, & under your skin,
flowing through the pranic energy
that love begins & spins.
Rest in love; let it seep into all parts,
let it return you to the truth of who you are,
let it sing through your being
so each atom is humming
with the sound of love loving.
Elemental Healing
As the ocean waves cascade against the shore,
May your wounds and sores be licked with salt water.
As a bonfire burns with its hot oven core,
May a crucible of fire transform traumas to dust.
As the wind whips through trees, spinning leaves,
May the air blow the universe’s healing breath through you.
As the soil holds you steady in the palm of its hand,
May the earth extract hurt from within you.
Behold Trees
Trees are far more than bark and green,
More than the shapes that can be seen,
More than their roots entwined in deep,
Where ancient truths in soil sleep.
They breathe a field, unseen, yet near,
A living hush the heart can hear,
A wide expansive energy
Moving through their silent majesty.
Still they stand, yet all around,
Their spirit dances without bound.
So bow, not low, but heart to heart,
To honour all that they impart.
For trees are thresholds, bridges, keys,
Between the earth and mysteries.
In their embrace, the soul sees
Timeless magic flowing free.
There's nothing you need 'do' to be loved.
